ONLINE TICKETS SALES
General
- Tickets are subject to the Rules and Regulations of Leicester Football Club Plc.
- Your ticket must be presented at the gate with all stubs intact as issued or a valid season ticket book where by the correct voucher, as displayed at the entrance, must be torn from the book in the presence of the turnstile operator, otherwise entry may be refused.
- In the event of postponement, or should a game be rescheduled the ticket will be valid for the re-arranged match only. It is the ticket holders responsibility to ascertain the date and time of kick off for the rearranged match.
- Admissions can not be guaranteed if the ticket holder arrives at the ground less than 30 minutes before the advertised kick-off time. If admission is refused no monies will be refunded.
- Entry to the ground will be denied to persons carrying alcohol or any drink container according to the Safety at Sports Ground Act 1975.Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
- This stadium is a totally non smoking stadium, including all bars and concourses. Smoking gates are available allowing exit from the ground. Anyone not complying with this regulation is subject to removal from the ground.
- If on entry to the ground the Safety officer deems that the ticket holder is unable to access or egress their seating safely or would require support in the event of an emergency, alternative seating will be provided if available. People where mobility is impaired are required to notify the Ticket Office for information on the ticketing policy.
Match Tickets
- All tickets are issued on the condition that no re-sale is effected for more than the face value.
- Tickets are issued subject to the ground rules and on the condition that Leicester Tigers, its staff or agents will not be liable for any loss injury or damage howsoever caused to the ticket holder save as expressly excluded by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and its associated Regulations.
- All tickets are strictly non-transferable and not for re-sale except by authorised agents with explicit permission.
- Refunds will be considered by Leicester Tigers only if the ticket is returned to the ticket office no less than 7 days prior to the event.
- Leicester Tigers cannot accept responsibility for a lost match ticket. If you lose your match ticket a charge will be made equivalent to the ticket face value.
Season Tickets
- The company reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this season ticket as a result of the misconduct or misbehaviour of the holder without limitation if the holder's behaviour is found to be in breach of the Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws referred to in 1 above and the Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws of the home playing ground.
- The company also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this season ticket if the holder has not paid in full on or before the date specified by the company, and to require immediate payment at the publicised gate prices for all games attended using the season ticket prior to the date of withdrawal and/or cancellation.
- The company reserves the right to change the venue and kick-off time of any match. It is the season ticket holder's responsibility to ascertain the date and kick off time of the rearranged match.
- Offenders will be ejected and their season tickets revoked if found swearing, adopting unruly behaviour or committing acts of racial abuse.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged and no refunds will be made in respect of unused tickets.
- Season tickets are strictly non-transferable and the holder is not permitted to re-sell any of the vouchers contained therein unless the transaction is through the clubs official ticketing agent, viagogo.
- The voucher appropriate for admission to each match will be displayed at the entrance to the venue and the appropriate voucher must be handed to the turnstile operator. The voucher must be torn from the book in the presence of the turnstile operator otherwise permission may be refused.
- The company cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers or books of vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to check their book on entry to the ground to ensure that they are handing over the correct voucher. If you lose your book please report it immediately to the police and the club. A charge will be made for a replacement book equivalent to a pro-rata rate for the remaining games.
- If your season ticket book is defaced do not dispose of the remains, contact the club immediately. A charge of £10 will be made for a replacement book.
- Cancellation of a season ticket will incur a 10% administration charge.
- Season ticket holders will be notified of how to purchase tickets for other cup, friendly and special matches through local press and the news media. Season ticket holders will not be automatically notified by post.
- You are advised to enter the ground at least 30 minutes prior to the advertised kick-off time. Please contact a steward if you have any queries on match day.
- 13. If you forget to bring your season ticket book to the game, you will be required to purchase a replacement ticket at full cost. This will be refunded, less an administration charge of £2 per ticket on receipt of both your season ticket and replacement ticket stubs, within five working days.
- Season ticket holders will be offered priority booking for any home knockout matches in cup competitions. These will be charged at the publicised gate price and be subject to a booking fee.
- The company reserves the right to amend the conditions from time to time in order to comply with competition regulations and legislations. The conditions apply only to the competitions in which Leicester Tigers participates at the time of issue.
Junior/Concession Definition.
Juniors are people aged 4-15 years of age (inclusive) as at 01/09/08.
Concession tickets are available to:
Senior citizens, any person aged 65 and over on 01/09/08.
Teenagers aged 16-18 at 01/09/08.
Students on production of their valid NUS Card
Registered disabled persons.
Proof of status for concessionary ticket may be requested.
No season ticket holder may change categories during the season.
A limited number of wheelchair positions are available - please contact the Ticket Office on 08701 28 34 30 .

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Leicester Tigers, and it's subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or our violation of any rights of another person or entity.
