· What size will I need?

· How much will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery to a UK address £1 for orders under £6.00, £3.00 for orders under £50, £6.00 for orders under £100 All others £10.00. Delivery to a European address £6.00 for orders under £50 All others £15 Delivery to the rest of the world. £10.00 for orders under £50 All others £25
Once an order has been placed via the official website we will aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days.
· How long will it take to arrive?
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 10 working days
· How can I pay for my order?
We accept all UK Major Credit cards (except American Express and Diners Card) we also accept all major debit cards, such as Maestro, Solo and Electron.
· Can I have an order sent to a different address?
Yes – Please enter the delivery address in the ‘Shipping Address' field at the check out
· What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?
At Leicester Tigers we are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchases, which we believe you will be. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your items, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order or send a brief covering letter and return them to the following address

· Can I collect items from the shop that I have ordered online?
Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not have the storage space available to do so. All orders placed online will be sent by Royal Mail.
· Can I have a Name and Number on my Shirt?
Yes, after choosing your shirt size and adding to your basket, simply select the required letters and numbers from our Shirt Printing section online, and email mail.order@tigers.co.uk with the details you'd like printed.
Please be aware the we do not guarantee Next Day Delivery on personalised items, we do however dispatch them on a Next Day Delivery service when they arrive back from the printers.
· Is it possible to check the availability of an item?
We will inform you if an item is out of stock. You will still be able to order items that are temporarily out of stock and these will be dispatched separately when stocks are replenished. Should you wish to check the availability of an item before you order please call the Tigers Shop on 0844 856 1880 option 3 or email mail.order@tigers.co.uk

Delivery Details
Once an order has been placed via the official website, we will aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Delivery to a UK address is £1 for orders under £6, £3.00 for orders under £50, £6.00 for all orders under £100. All others £10.00
Delivery to a European address is £6.00 for orders under £50, all others £15
Delivery to the rest of the world is £10.00 for orders under £50, all others £25
We do offer a Next day delivery Service for UK addresses, if ordered before 2pm
We can only guarantee Next Day Delivery Monday to Thursday.
The cost of this for orders under £50 is £8.00. All others £15
This is a Royal Mail delivery service. It has to be signed for and is delivered before 1pm
Please be aware the we do not guarantee Next Day Delivery on personalised items, we do however dispatch them on a Next Day Delivery service when they arrive back from the printers.
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Leicester Tigers. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase.
If you wish to return any part of your order please do so in an unused condition with the original packaging and all labels still attached. You have 28 days from the date printed on your receipt in which to do so.
Please return all packages to: Tigers Shop, Aylestone Rd, Leicester, LE2 7TR. Please enclose a covering letter explaining what action you would like us to take, or complete the returns form in your order. If you require an item to be exchanged please enclose a cheque for £4 to cover the cost of post and packaging. Please make cheques payable to LFC plc.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on garments which have been personalised ie: printed shirts or customer damaged merchandise.
